We operate a genuine no win no fee policy* with no hidden costs. This means if we don't win your case you don't pay a penny.
Once an offer of compensation has been made which we consider acceptable, we will write to let you know. If we are not happy with the offer we will take the case to the Financial Ombudsman Service, at no additional cost to you.
